Triage automatically collects information that is relevant to our product from your system (Windows version, which files were installed, registry settings, etc.). It emails an audit report directly to us. This audit report will help us more quickly determine the source of your problem without the need to ask you a series of questions regarding your configuration.

If you have Internet Explorer or Netscape

You can automatically download and run Triage. Once Triage has completed an audit of your system, it will remove itself.

Your browser's security setting must NOT be set to Highest. The default is Medium. (To check your security settings for Internet Explorer 4.0, click View/Internet Options and click the Security tab.)
