If you have a technical support question relating to one of our products, refer to our Online Knowledge Base.

The Online Knowledge Base includes known problems along with solutions/workarounds and how to questions and answers for our products.

Contacting Support and Automated Support

If you have a technical support problem that does not appear in our Online Knowledge Base, you can email a description of the problem as well as the steps to reproduce the problem to support@metaquest.com.

We also recommend you use our automated diagnostic tool, Triage. Click the Automated Support button to download and run Triage.

Please note that we can only provide technical support to customers who purchase an annual support and upgrade plan. Technical support is also available while you are evaluating one of our products.
