Triage Client Download
Triage Client is used to help diagnose problems with Triage/db.
When you click on the Run Triage Now! button, Triage Client
will be downloaded to your computer. This is an 800K file and will take approximately 2 - 5 minutes to download with a 28.8
modem, or 1 - 3 minutes with a 56k modem. A "Done"
message is displayed in your browser's status bar once the download completes.
After the
download completes, Triage Client is automatically launched
and an audit report is e-mailed to technical support. The
Triage files are then removed from your system.
