MetaQuest Software is devoted to providing the highest quality technical support to our customers. Our Support and Upgrade Plans are designed to protect your software investment.

MetaQuest Software releases minor upgrades of its products several times a year and at least one major upgrade annually. All minor and major upgrades are developed from comments and suggestions received from users of our products.

Standard Support and Upgrade Plan

Email Technical Support
MetaQuest Software will provide unlimited free support for the current versions of its products via electronic mail. You will receive a response by email usually within the same business day. (You can also send faxes.)

Minor Upgrades
You will have access to the latest minor upgrades to MetaQuest's products. Minor upgrades are available for download from our Web site.

Minor upgrades primarily include bug fixes. Some enhancements may also be included in a minor upgrade.

Premium Support and Upgrade Plan

The Premium Support and Upgrade Plan is designed to provide you with priority technical support and significant cost savings on major upgrades. It is the most cost-effective way to ensure that you always have access to the highest level of technical support and to the latest major releases of our products.

Telephone and Email Technical Support
You receive unlimited free technical support. Our current hours for telephone technical support are from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). (In the next few months we'll be adding extended hours.)

Telephone support is intended to cover problems encountered during the usual day-to-day operations of our products and emergency situations. We will sometimes try to assist you with problems not directly related to our products. (We cannot use telephone support to provide training sessions or custom programming.)

Major and Minor Upgrades
You will have access to the latest major and minor upgrades of our products. Major upgrades are available for download from our Web site.

Major upgrades include bug fixes as well as significant functionality enhancements.
