MetaQuest Software is committed to providing the highest quality technical support to our customers. Our Support and Upgrade Plans are designed to protect your software investment. MetaQuest Software releases minor upgrades of its products several times a year and at least one major upgrade annually. All minor and major upgrades are developed from comments and suggestions received from users of our products. Free Minor Upgrades Minor upgrades primarily include bug fixes. Some enhancements may also be included in a minor upgrade. Premium Support and Upgrade PlanThe Premium Support and Upgrade Plan is designed to provide you with priority technical support and significant cost savings on major upgrades. It is the most cost-effective way to ensure that you always have access to the highest level of technical support and to the latest major releases of our products. Telephone and Email Technical Support Telephone support is intended to cover problems encountered during the usual day-to-day operations of our products and emergency situations. We will sometimes try to assist you with problems not directly related to our products. (We cannot use telephone support to provide training sessions or custom programming.) Major Upgrades Major upgrades include bug fixes as well as significant functionality enhancements.
