System Requirements for Triage eSupport

Installing Triage:

• Microsoft Windows® 95, 98, NT 4.0, 2000, Me, XP, or Server 2003
• 10 megabytes free disk space
• At least 32 megabytes RAM

Distribution of Triage Client on CD or diskette:

• Approximately 2 megabytes

Downloading eSupport packages and running Triage Client:

• IBM-compatible PC with a 486/66 MHz processor or higher
• Microsoft Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, 2000, Me, XP, or Server 2003
• The minimum RAM requirements for your operating system (at least 32 MB recommended)
• At least .6 megabytes free disk space
• Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) or Netscape® Navigator 4.0 (or higher)
