Change when workflow rules are evaluated |

By default, the workflow rules will be evaluated when an issue is saved, not when the Type field changes. This means that the Functional Area list will not display the right choices while the user enters information, unless the user happens to save the issue in between specifying the type and the functional area. Fortunately, Census gives you control over when the rules are evaluated. |

Click Template and click Properties. |

In the Template Properties dialog box, select the Evaluate when users change field values check box. Then click OK. |

Apply the rules |
