By default, rules are named using the condition values, and look like "Yes - Field Editor", where "Yes" is the value of the <New Issue> macro and "Field Editor" is the value of the Functional Area field.

Click Template and click Properties. |

In the Default naming convention box, delete "%Value0%-" from the start of the string, so that the naming convention is now "%Value1%".

Click OK. Note that the rule name is now "Field Editor".
