Use workflow rules to create field dependencies

Click Apply to apply the new rule to all Web views of the project.

Log on to a Web view of the project.

Click New to create a new issue.

Create a new issue, set the Functional Area to Field Editor, and verify that the Owner field is set to Jean Developer.
