Use workflow rules to create field dependencies

Click Rule and click Add.

Under Conditions:

• In the <Issue Type> row, click the Value box three times and then click Yes.
• In the Functional Area row, click the Value box three times and then click Field Editor.

Under Dependent Values, click Jean Developer.
