Census Enterprise is sold on a concurrent-use basis (floating licenses). With concurrent licensing you do not need a license for every user who will use Census. You need licenses only for the maximimum number of simultaneous users (users logged on at the same time).
To Purchase Census Enterprise you need only make a one-time license fee investment. There are no additional or 'hidden' costs associated with Census. This one time cost includes a one-year membership to the Premium Support and Upgrade Plan.
Premium Support and Upgrade Plan
Membership to the Premium Support and Upgrade Plan provides you with unlimited access to the MetaQuest Support department via e-mail, phone, and through Triage, our automated support solution. All training, user and administrative documentation is provided. Also included with your membership to this plan is unlimited access to all major and minor releases of Census for the duration of your membership. The first year membership to the Premium Support and Upgrade Plan is included with your one-time license investment. Subsequent years of membership can be purchased.
