La Cité Collégiale Selects PC-Duo HelpDesk to Provide Superior Help Desk Support
Montreal, Quebec - July 31, 2002—MetaQuest Software Inc. announced today that La Cité collégiale has selected PC-Duo HelpDesk to help manage IT help desk calls. The Web-based PC-Duo HelpDesk will help the IT department of La Cité collégiale provide superior help desk support for the college's 3400 students, 70 specialized high-tech labs, over 50 classrooms, and over 2200 computing stations.
La Cité collégiale is the first French language college of Applied Arts and Technology in Ottawa. The College provides its student population with state-of-the-art technology in both its labs and its classrooms, which are equipped with the most recent software used in today's work environments.
