Your Qualifications
As an independent Sales Agent, you thrive in an environment that demands proven sales ability dealing with a technical community. You are undaunted selling technical solutions, selling concepts, and dealing with sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
You are
- An independent Sales Agent
- A proven salesperson! (With a track record of
closing sales and meeting and exceeding quotas.)
- An excellent communicator with demonstrated verbal and written communication and
presentation skills
- An experienced account manager with five or more years of solid technical software sales experience
- Able to work independently
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable with PCs, mainstream applications and with
various Windows OS (95, 98, 2000, NT, XP)
- Familiar with PC management and help desk products
- Self-motivated, confident, an independent thinker,
and have initiative to learn.
The Quebec sales agent is also
- Fluently bilingual (English/French).
Responsibilities:
Through telephone, e-mail, and direct, face-to-face meetings you will target clients in your region. You will interact with various personnel within an organization including executives, IT managers, and help desk personnel.
You will
- Meet your territory's business goals
- Manage complex sales process and interact with decision-makers
at multiple levels
- Influence the client's decision-making process to lead to a successful sale
- Cold call new prospects and open new accounts
- Identify new opportunities at existing and new clients
- Respond to inbound telemarketing inquiries
- Manage client evaluation process
- Manage client relationships, ensure that
issues are resolved before relationships are
affected
- Know your products
- Know how to sell against the competition
- Accurately forecast and track sales pipeline.
Telemarketing Representative
The Challenge
We are seeking a result-oriented telemarketing representative with proven skills to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving the company's sales objectives by assisting in the development of new customer accounts and by maintaining existing customer's high level of service and satisfaction.

You are
- Persistent, confident, and self-motivated
- An excellent communicator with the ability to extract essential information from prospects
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
- An experienced telemarketer
- Comfortable with PCs, mainstream applications and with various
Windows OS (95, 98, 2000, NT, XP)
- Technically savvy.
Responsibilities:
You will contact various personnel within an organization including executives, IT managers, and help desk personnel to identify their current or prospective needs for our solutions. You will qualify leads according to pre-established criteria and maintain tracking reports. You will work closely with the regional account managers to advance prospects through the sales cycle.
You will
- Cold call new prospects and open new accounts (50%-75% of your time)
- Educate prospects about our products and services by providing high-level company profile information
- Respond to inbound telemarketing inquiries
- Maintain contact records in our Contact Manager application
- Organize marketing activities such as seminars, mailings, and e-mailings
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
- Manage software annual license fee renewals
- Consistently maintain a high level of productivity: outbound calls.
